We offer 1st class shipping anywhere on earth*, not everyone lets you choose that! All orders $75 or more are shipped for free anywhere on earth* (1st Class). We automatically upgrade you to Priority Mail if your parcel weighs 16 oz or more (in the US only).

Returns? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us and get a refund. This applies to 6ml and larger bottles, sorry we can’t do this with sample size.

Possets cannot guarantee that a package will be delivered by a certain time, only a carrier can do that.

Possets cannot write anything but what is in the parcel on customs forms.

All Customs fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the client.

If you want to insure your package, we can do that for you at reasonable rates. Please contact us and tell us how much you want it insured for and we will invoice you separately.
