From my original trial: I’m getting a hint of rose, but the kind of rose I always wish rose would be, a beautiful honeyed note. Funny since “rose” isn’t listed! I keep smelling it to refresh the scent memory. I think what I’m interpreting as rose are the musks and honey playing beautifully together. I’m not getting a cake note, but it’s perfect as it is. The honey is elegant and refined. Several months later: It has aged beautifully. I do get the honey with a hint of cake. Alluring for sure. I thought “citrus” when I tried this again without looking at the scent notes or my previous review.
