Returns? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us and get a refund. This applies to 6ml and larger bottles, sorry we can't do this with sample size.

Possets cannot guarantee that a package will be delivered by a certain time, only a carrier can do that.

Possets cannot write anything but what is in the parcel on customs forms.
