Alphonse Mucha made up the best fantasies about women. His women became the emblem of the decade and you know you would love to adorn yourself with his wonderful clothes and have your hair swirl around you as if you were in the sea, all melting sighs and endless orgasmic hedonism.
Fern, carnation, sandalwood, ginger root, sweet briarwood, and a small amount of woody vanilla. Breathtakingly sophisticated and yet earthy.
Resinous, spicy.

On my skin this is predominantly carnation. The other notes, especially the fern, elevate this scent in the most beautiful and unusual way. I highly recommend trying this if you’re a carnation fan and are in search of something a bit more complex than Silver Carnations. This lasts between 5 to 6 hours on me.

I picked up a sample of this with my first Possets order, not knowing that I was about to discover my new absolute favorite fragrance. It’s so warm, feminine, and mellow all at the same time. I can also see this working for any season, since it’s the kind of scent that’s cozy in cold weather, but sweet and not at all cloying when it’s hot. It also has incredible sillage and lasting power, which I am thrilled about as my skin really tends to drink fragrance. I couldn’t be happier with it.

I got a sample of this and immediately got compliments. It’s carnation forward but the fern and the woody vanilla are noticeable. It’s just a little bit sweet without being overpowering. Highly recommended.

I’m brand new to Possets and just ordered the subscription with the samples. This is my first perfume to try and it’s absolutely lovely. Ginger is generally my death note so I was not expecting to like this scent, but it’s like a creamy carnation and it’s beautiful. I put it on several hours ago and the sillage is strong but not too strong. It’s a warm summer day, and it’s not cloying, but it could be warn any season. It’s too early to pick out which scents I’ll buy full sized bottles of but this is definitely on the list of possibilities. Wow.
