We automatically upgrade you to Priority Mail if your parcel weighs 16 oz or more (in the US only) We also offer any upgrade you would care to buy for premium shipping, so if you really want me to send it Federal Express, I can manage that.
Returns? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us and get a refund. This applies to 6ml and larger bottles, sorry we can’t do this with sample size.
Possets cannot guarantee that a package will be delivered by a certain time, only a carrier can do that.
Possets cannot write anything but what is in the parcel on customs forms.
All Customs fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the client.
