What are Possets?
A “posset” is an archaic English term which originally meant a sweet smelling drink or palliative which was concocted only to make you feel better, but not to cure anything. Later it came to mean something you treated yourself to, a small personal indulgence. It rhymes with “cosset” because the two words could be used interchangeably. But, alas, the word “posset” fell out of fashion, until now.
Possets are perfumes made to be pure pleasure, without worrying about the rules or what you “should” have in them. We often find commercial perfumes to be sharp and medicinal, barely hinting at the more beautiful parts rather than presenting unabashed loveliness without limit. We want compositions which are not ashamed to be beautiful, unusual, and even witty.
Possets Perfume specializes in is superbly blended perfumes with an edge of gorgeous originality. Some of the ingredients we use are unexpected, some are classics of the art, some combinations are a surprise, and some are new twists on old favorites. We adore creativity and know that you do too!

Do you use animal products in Possets and can you say you are cruelty free regarding animals?
We do NOT use animal products in Possets and we do NOT support animal testing of perfume ingredients. Moreover, we are vegan and vegetarian friendly! We use no animal products in any of our perfumes and we are free of toxic phalates.
I am so sensitive, can I use your scents without breaking out or having any sort of bad reaction?
Nobody can promise you that you will never have a bad reaction to anything. If you suspect you are allergic or sensitive to scents, We advise you not to use perfume at all.

Possets ® is committed to keeping its perfumes free of known harmful ingredients such as toxic phthalates. Perfume is meant to be pleasure not poison.

We are delighted when someone wants to do a review of Possets BUT we don’t send out free samples to anyone who says they are going to do a review. Please reach out to us at info@possets.com.

What kind of packaging do you use with Possets?
We are sticklers for practicality. We believe that your dollar should go to perfume, not packaging. Therefore we use plain pharmaceutical/aromatherapy bottles for our scents. They are 6ml, 10ml, 15ml and 30ml in size. They have black caps which are the most leak proof available.

Yes. We want you to be happy with your Possets purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with a Possets perfume of 6ml or larger, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another perfume of the same size and value.
Exchanges are limited to one exchange per originally purchased bottle.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What is that circle "R" behind the word Possets? Why does it appear so often?
Possets is a registered trademark of Maison de Chaudron LLC. Any use of the name for commercial purposes without prior permission constitutes trademark infringement and will be met with focused acts of Socio-Commercial Darwinism and sport.
